Replacement WWC Card
You can apply for a replacement WWC Card using our online services, if your WWC Card is lost, stolen or damaged. The fee for a replacement is $11.00 and is non-refundable.
You will need to login to our online services to request a replacement WWC Card. If you have not already registered for our online services you might not be able to request a replacement WWC Card online as you need your WWC Card number to register. In this case you can contact us on 1800 883 979.

After logging in:
- please check that your address details are up to date (so your replacement WWC Card can be sent to the correct address), select the 'Update My Details' option if required,
- select the 'Replacement Card Request' option,
- select the replacement reason, submit the request and
- pay the required fee using either your credit card or debit card. When checking your bank statement this transaction description will appear as ‘WWC-Communities’.
If you do not use the online replacement WWC Card facility you should contact the WWC Screening Unit and request a replacement WWC Card. A letter will be sent to you to sign and present at an authorised Australia Post outlet along with the $11.00 fee. A replacement WWC Card will then be sent to you.
Please be aware if your WWC Card is due to expire within the next three months and you will continue to engage in child-related work after this time, you should consider renewing your WWC Card. For more information about renewing your WWC Card click here.
