General enquiries

Our Contact Centre is currently open, but is experiencing delays due to the impact of COVID-19 on our team and services.

We are working on solutions to improve our services and we thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.

If your call is not urgent, please email your query to checkquery@communities.wa.gov.au, complete an online enquiry form, or review the frequently asked questions and factsheets available on our website.

You can also access our online services to renew your card onlineupdate personal details, order a replacement card, check the status of an application, or check the validity of a WWC card.  

You can contact our Contact Centre, which is available:
9:15am – 4:30pm Monday; and
8:30am – 4:30pm Tuesday to Friday.
Please note that our Contact Centre is closed on the last Thursday of every month between 9:30am and 10:30am for staff training.
